Are you ready to take the next step in your career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Practitioner Role within our creative and dynamic team at Likewise Drug and Alcohol Service. If you are passionate about leading a dedicated team and ensuring top-notch performance and compliance, this role is for you

You will make an Impact, play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of performance and compliance within our services.  Support the Service/Area Manager to develop, deliver, monitor and improve processes, control systems and work environments to meet quality requirements and contractual needs including KPIs. The purpose of the role is to manage the day to day functioning and performance of a designated service team and area of specialist service delivery to ensure a positive working environment is maintained and a quality service is delivered.

Lead a Passionate Team: Supervise a dedicated group of Recovery Navigators offering tailored to the alcohol and non-opiate cohort in Sheffield.

Experience in a lead role position is beneficial but not essential. 
Full Time, Permanent, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. 
Driving license preferred not essential.
