AQS Homecare are looking for highly organised and motivated care coordinators to join our team.


As a care coordinator, you will need to be highly organised and have excellent computer skills. You will need to have a calm and patient outlook and be able to manage and adjust to ever changing work challenges. Your daily tasks will include but not be exhaustive of, roster planning, covering sickness, recording information, liaising with health and social care professionals and answering the telephone to service user and carer queries.


You will ideally hold an NVQ level 2.


As a Care Coordinator it would be advantageous to have local knowledge of the Bournemouth area. You will be reliable, self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work well under pressure and in a crisis. A team player and hands-on attitude are required to step in on emergencies.
