Pre-Construction Manager - Data Centre

Our client is a leading provider of Mechanical, Electrical, and Maintenance services across Wales and Southwest England, looking to bring a Pre - Construction Manager into the team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing up programs to building them, the Pre-Construction/Project Manager will ensure all programs are written efficiently for the salesmen as well as building the program for the design team to follow. From start to finish, the Pre-Construction/Project Manager will work with the clients' ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, and within budget.

Pre-Construction Manager - Data Centre

Responsibilities:

  • Writing up programs for the salesmen
  • Building programs for the design team to follow
  • Regularly updating programs
  • Working with clients ensuring an effective service from start to finish
  • Client Management
  • Lead the planning of the projects

Pre-Construction Manager - Data Centre

Requirements:

  • Experience using Microsoft Projects
  • Experienced Project Manager / Pre-Construction Manager who has previously completed projects
  • Background in design
  • Standard IT skills
  • Client Management experience - strong and capable of dealing with clients
  • Writing programs and building them from scratch, understanding the process and the time frame till completion
