Regulatory and Safety Affairs is a critical function within R&D: a key partner in developing the right portfolio strategy for brilliant innovation, activation in our markets and secure the products during all product life cycle.

As Regulatory Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the content of dossiers and data packages and will ensure timely compilation, preparation of relevant part of dossiers and packages to support internal file maintenance, variations and registration changes globally. Management of dossiers is a critical and integral part of Regulatory Operations and the wider Regulatory and Safety organization and, you will lead, collaborate with and inspire a cross functional team for the execution of the operations strategy to deliver the registration dossier requirements.

Your responsibilities

Responsible for the operations input into the development of innovative global regulatory strategies to support global product initiatives. Managing a complex and diverse set of regulatory requirements and landscape overview across multiple markets to enable dossier maintenance and compliance post launch. Work collaboratively within the RAS strategy, local market and intelligence teams, Medical, R&D and commercial cross-functional community to define global dossier requirements and documentation and deliver high quality data packages. Highlights of any potential issues, working with the authoring functions and LRA. Responsible for delivery of submissions to agreed operations time frames and collaborate across partner functions to ensure timely delivery of all information required. Ensuring through dynamic resourcing with the Regulatory Operations Manager that sections of the dossiers are delivered as per plans and that appropriate and aligned prioritization is implemented. This includes any relevant variations linked with supply and compliance plans for example. As expert in regulatory dossier management and registration activities, you will be up to date on external regulatory requirements.

The experience we're looking for

Experience in preparing and submitting dossiers and supporting documentation. You have the knowledge and understanding of global product development and maintenance for Reckitt products, rules, regulations and guidelines current and emerging impacting dossiers/regulatory file maintenance. You are a creative, results focused individual with a strong passion for working collaboratively with cross functional teams, built on technical credibility, trust and strong relationships. Ability to consistently deliver to time, cost and quality standards in a high-pressure environment. You strive for a high level of accuracy in reviewing and authoring documentation, with a focus on ensuring the level of registered information is appropriate in the dossiers. Demonstrates courage and empathy and work collaborative cross-functional, through change by adopting a growth and compliance mindset and inclusive/expansive leadership. Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends accurately and has a broad knowledge and perspective on regulatory implications and has the ability to adapt them to regulatory operations linked with dossier generation and maintenance. Ability to communicate complex regulatory information and requirements into a compelling stakeholder friendly language.
