Job summary

NHS Devon ICB are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Registered Professional to the position of Senior Quality Assurance Lead for All Age Continuing Care (AACC) This role will support the Head of Quality Assurance and Nursing - All Age Continuing Care - to lead our AACC team to effectively deliver the ICBs statutory function in following the National Framework for Continuing Health Care and the National Framework for Children's Continuing Care.

This post offers a unique role that will utilise your extensive skills and knowledge in AACC delivery. You will be a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills and a proven capacity to deliver a service both operationally and strategically. Personalised care is at the centre of how we deliver our service and you will be passionate in ensuring equitable delivery across Continuing Health Care and Children and Young Peoples Continuing Care, working closely with key stakeholders and system partners to maintain key relationships in promoting optimal outcomes for all.

Educated to masters' level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in specialist area. Extensive knowledge of All Age Continuing Healthcare framework and individual packages of care, acquired through a post graduate qualification or equivalent experience or training Experience of approving commissioned packages of Care, adhering to NHs Devon's Schemes of Delegation Extensive knowledge of children and or adult specialist areas, acquired through post graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training plus further specialist knowledge or experience to master's level equivalent As an operational line manager and have significant experience of working with the CHC framework and CYPCC Framework and/or experience of line management.
