Are you a graduate with a passion for sales, seeking an opportunity with a leading Fintech software platform? Our client, a prominent player in the industry, is looking for a Graduate Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis in London.

**About the Company:**
Our client specializes in providing software solutions to regulated asset managers and brokers. Their software empowers Compliance Officers to navigate compliance obligations efficiently, with a particular focus on EFG and GDPR areas. With operations in London and Paris, the company is expanding globally, presenting a unique opportunity for career growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage with top-tier asset managers and brokers to understand their unique requirements.
- Articulate the value proposition of the niche product, demonstrating a deep understanding of technology and regulatory aspects.
- Conduct cold calls, negotiations, and maintain excellent communication skills in a complex industry.
- Drive results with a proactive attitude and utilize data-driven insights.
- Cultivate good networking skills and thrive in a busy environment.

**Role Requirements:**
- Minimum 2:1 university degree (or equivalent) from a Top 50 university.
- Genuine passion for sales with a clear understanding of the motivations behind a career in sales.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and regulatory requirements to non-tech stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in the technology and financial industry.
- Strong commercial sense
