CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner/Nurse/Social Worker/CBT Therapist/Counsellor/Arts Therapist.

We are looking for an enthusiastic CAMHS Clinician to join our innovative multi-disciplinary Emotional & Behavioural Team (EBT) in North Bedfordshire CAMHS. We would welcome applications from RMN’s, Social Workers, CBT Therapists/Counsellors/Arts Therapists.

The main base would be at the CAMHS office, Rush Court, Bedford, MK40 3JT and currently there is flexibility regarding working from home. We are willing to consider candidates who would like to work part-time.

Main duties of the job

You will hold a caseload of children and adolescents with moderate to severe mental health difficulties, providing evidence based practice to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions. You will also provide support to parents, carers and educational services as well as attending the appropriate MDT meetings.

Qualification in appropriate mental health profession such as; Nursing, Child Psychotherapies, CBT, Counselling, Art Psychotherapy, Social Work, Systemic Practitioner (two years with diploma), Occupational Therapy with MH experience Registration with relevant UK governing body

Parenting qualification and parenting supervision qualification
