Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to join our CAMHS team at East London NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and their families
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in CAMHS
Requirements
  • Medical degree and full registration with the GMC
  • Approval under Section 12(2) of the Mental Health Act 1983 or willingness to obtain within 6 months
  • Experience in clinical psychiatry practice, particularly in CAMHS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
