Development Support Assistant

We are looking for a bright, keen and motivated individual who has a passion for property and new homes development ready to make their mark in a growing team. You will assist the team by being highly organised, pro-active, creative and analytical in your work and you will have some experience of working in a development team and an understanding of the residential new homes market. You will be able to draw upon your varied skills of MS Office and your advanced use of excel and data/cost management systems. The post holder will be expected to understand purchase ordering and payment processing to suppliers, together with issuing of appointments and instructions for commissioning works/services.

The ideal candidate will be disciplined and well organised able to follow processes and procedures and diligent in record keeping for all new development sites, whilst yet being able to draw upon their creative skills to assist with submission of land bids and compile a bid library for reference. We are seeking a candidate with a positive attitude and work ethic, who is flexible, assertive and a quick learner. You will be part of a strong team and your contribution will be key to the team's success playing your part by always looking to improve service/processes and outputs.

Our ideal candidate will have/be:

Experience of working in a Development Company or Residential New Homes Excellent IT and Excel Skills Highly organised and proactive With a Planning and Development related qualification
