Main duties of the job

JOB SUMMARY

To assistclinicians in the care of Solihealth patients to include treatment,preventative care, screening and patient education. The post will also include someadministrative duties 2 days a week, supporting clinicians with Dermatology Minor Op's clinics and LARC (Long Acting Reversible Contraception) clinics.

HOURS: Full time; Hours range from Monday, Friday and some Saturday's

In theperformance of the duties outlined in this Job Description, the post-holder mayhave access to confidential information relating to patients and their carers, Solihealthstaff and other healthcare workers. They may also have access to informationrelating to the practice as a business organisation. All such information fromany source is to be regarded as strictly confidential.

Information relating to patients,carers, colleagues, other healthcare workers or the business of the practicemay only be divulged to authorised persons in accordance with Solihealth policiesand procedures relating to confidentiality and the protection of personal andsensitive data.

The post-holder will assist inpromoting and maintaining their own and others health and safety and securityas defined in Solihealths Health and Safety Policy, to include:

Usingappropriate infection control procedures, maintaining work areas in a tidy andsafe way and free from hazards
