Graduate Program Overview : We focus on hands-on experience. You will get the chance to shadow and receive support from current colleagues, gaining insights into the job. As you learn about our new market strategy, our sales channels and project delivery within time and budget constraints, you will explore all aspects commercial delivery within the new and emerging markets sector. With increased confidence, you will take on projects that will drive change and performance across our business.

Areas of Focus : As well as mobile and home products our New Market teams are key to driving commercial performance in key partnerships like gaming, security and protection. Making sure we have the edge, analysing trends, recommending and driving change across our trading teams. Creating and implementing new and exciting campaigns that expand our market share. They cover the full commercial spectrum, working with our frontline and marketing teams and everything in-between.

Gain Additional skills : While on-the-job learning is valuable, we also provide support for your personal development. We ensure that you get a diverse set of skills, including various presentation techniques, building outstanding stakeholder relationships, and mastering time management. Additionally, you’ll learn how to network and how to work with and influence a wide range of diverse business areas

Entry Requirements : A 2 2 degree or equivalent in Business Subjects preferably 

Salary : £31,500 plus attractive benefits
