As a Senior Pharmacy Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, contributing to the enhancement of our services and the delivery of exceptional patient care. This is a unique chance to be at the forefront of positive change within our department and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Hours per week:

Main duties of the job

To ensure the safe and efficient daily operational management of the pharmacy dispensary services at East Cheshire NHS Trust. To provide operational management of pharmacy technicians and assistants within the dispensary at East Cheshire NHS Trust to ensure service provision is maintained. To ensure that all medicines are dispensed in a safe, effective and efficient manner in line with all legal and accepted standards of practice. Line Manager for allocated staff within the pharmacy technical team, including pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistants.
