Engineering university degree Chartered engineer status preferred Previous experience working on the mechanical and civil design of onshore pipeline projects and the project execution strategies associated with pipeline procurement and construction Proven track record in FEED and detailed design experience Offshore pipeline engineering experience is an advantage  Able to develop pipeline installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance analysis and procedures Experienced in the use of pipeline software (AutoCAD, Microstation, CAESAR II, ESRI GIS) is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required Experience in the development of material requisitions and construction scopes of work Experience working with Middle East clients is an advantage
