We are seeking anexperienced Serious Injury Solicitor to join our clients legalteam. As a Serious Injury Solicitor you will be responsible forrepresenting clients who have sustained severe and lifealteringinjuries due to accidents or other traumatic events. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in personal injury lawpossess excellent communication and advocacy skills and bededicated to securing fair compensation for individuals facingsubstantial physical emotional and financialchallenges.

  1. CaseManagement:

    • Manage acaseload of serious injury cases including catastrophic injuriesbrain injuries spinal cord injuries andamputations.
    • Conduct thoroughinvestigations into the circumstances surrounding each casegathering evidence and building compelling legalarguments.

  2. ClientConsultation:

    • Consult withclients to understand the extent of their injuries medicaltreatment needs and the impact on their dailylives.
    • Provide empathetic and clearlegal advice explaining the legal process and potential outcomes toclients and theirfamilies.

  3. LegalDocumentation:

    • Prepare anddraft legal documents including letters of claim pleadings witnessstatements and expertreports.
    • Ensure accuracy andcompliance with relevant regulations in all legaldocumentation.

  4. Negotiationand Settlement:

    • Negotiatewith opposing parties insurers and legal representatives to securefair and just settlements forclients.
    • Assess and advise clientson settlement offers taking into consideration longterm medical andfinancialneeds.

  5. LegalResearch andCompliance:

    • Stay current ondevelopments in personal injury law case precedents and relevantregulations.
    • Ensure compliance withlegal and ethical standards in all aspects of casemanagement.

  6. ClientCommunication:

    • Maintainregular and transparent communication with clients providingupdates on case progress and addressing theirconcerns.
    • Support clients and theirfamilies through the emotional and legal challenges associated withserious injurycases.


Requirements
  • Qualifiedsolicitor with 24 years of experience in serious injurylaw.
  • Comprehensiveknowledge of personal injury laws regulations and caseprecedents.
  • Stronganalytical negotiation and communicationskills.
  • Proventrack record of successfully handling serious injurycases.
  • Abilityto work independently and collaboratively within a legalteam.


Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years of experience in serious injurylaw. Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations,and case precedents. Strong analytical, negotiation, andcommunication skills. Proven track record of successfully handlingserious injury cases. Ability to work independently andcollaboratively within a legal team.
