Year 2Teaching Lead KeyResponsibilities:

  • LeadYear 2 team ensuring top teaching standards with vision directionand support.
  • Collaborate to create engagingcurriculum catering to all learnersneeds.
  • Support Year 2 teachers growth throughcoaching mentoring and professionaldevelopment.
  • Foster positive relationshipsencouraging collaboration foreducation.

Year 2Teaching LeadRequirements:

  • QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage1.
  • Proven leadership experience with theability to inspire and motivatecolleagues.
  • Excellent understanding of the KeyStage 1 curriculum and assessmentpractices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with theability to communicate effectively with colleagues parents andstakeholders.
  • Commitment to ongoingprofessional development and reflectivepractice.
