Pricing Deployment Lead

As a Pricing Deployment Lead, you will manage pricing & underwriting change for our delegated authority insurance products while overseeing a team of change specialists and test analysts.

Your role is critical in ensuring the right rate reaches our customers, balancing testing rigour and efficiency of change, and delivering key aspects of our pricing development and distribution strategy.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, set best practice for test and change, manage our deployment pipeline and develop your team alongside continually improving our price deployment capability.

You will be responsible for:

Continuously improving our pricing & underwriting deployment capability including data integration and rating structure optimisation Managing how we monitor and ensure efficacy of our live rating. Setting frameworks and processes for managing issues and queries relating to our live rating Contributing to delivery of our commercial objectives through ownership of the deployment pipeline and pricing & underwriting change process Optimising testing processes to best balance rigour and efficiency of pricing & underwriting changes Managing resource and planning for your team’s key deliverables ensuring alignment to department and wider business goals Building relationships with our key internal and external stakeholders acting as a pricing deployment expert for all our lines of business Working with multiple internal teams to ensure our data, testing and price change delivery is of the highest quality. Supporting key projects across the business as a pricing deployment SME

What you will need:

Experience of managing a team of people Experience of working within the Insurance industry preferably personal lines Extensive experience of Radar deployment and change pricing processes Effective prioritisation – capable of identifying key activities to ensure overall team objective are met Stakeholder management – able to communicate both positive and negative messages, gain buy in from and build effective working relationships with key internal stakeholder Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks to resolution Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to varied and sometimes non-technical audiences. Demonstrable commercial acumen – ability to understand business context of analytical tasks.
