Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a **Deployment Lead** to join our team on our Kellogg’s contract based in Trafford Park, Manchester. As a Deployment Lead you will be responsible for the consistent handling, control and output of palletised production, while working with physical distribution to execute deployment targets, plan and control activity on the automated robot fleet and ensure that product control and quality is paramount through the process of deployment.

This is a full time, permanent position, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern of 2 days and 2 nights of 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £45,451.00 per annum plus a night shift allowance of £2000.00 per annuum, and 21 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Accountable for execution of deployment plan from production to internal and external storage on a shift basis
- Define and deliver efficiency and cost saving initiatives across the warehouse operation
- Work with peer managers and groups within plant and wider 3PL teams to drive alignment and accountability
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with GXO drivers, ops and loading teams as well as external warehouses and key suppliers

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment around automatization and palletisers
- Understand health and safety issues relating to warehouse environment
- Previous experience of working to performance targets and transport operating skills would be advantageous
