Job Description

What you’ll do

The Intake Coordinator will be part of the Intake team, responsible for understanding the capacity of both the Welham Green and Bishops Stortford branches' carer capacity to safely assess and accept new client referrals for our domiciliary and reablement Local Authority Contracts. The Intake Coordinator will ensure that our team of Area Care Managers is scheduled to meet with the client and complete a full assessment of their care requirements to enable a smooth transition into our BAU operations, ensuring high-quality care is delivered and our clients’ needs are met. You will be building and maintaining relationships with our external stakeholders, contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, you will be required to complete On-Call duties on a rotating basis.

You will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing the best in community care, thrive on managing your rota’s to an impeccable standard and take pride in building relationships with your care workers
