Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Manage the intake process for Welham Green and Bishops Stortford branches
  • Collaborate with Area Care Managers to assess new client referrals
  • Ensure seamless transition into our operations
  • Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders
  • Contribute to business growth and success

This role requires Monday to Friday availability from 9 am to 5 pm, with On-Call duties on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

What You Need

We are looking for a skilled and organized Care Coordinator with a passion for community care. You should excel in managing schedules, prioritize quality, and excel in fostering relationships with care workers.
