JobPurpose

As an ApprenticeshipTutor your role is to design support and deliver superiorpersonalised learning experiences in both online and facetofacesettings. Your mission will be to empower learners to achieve theirmaximum potential through transformative education that championsequality diversity and inclusion.


RoleResponsibilities

1. Provideexceptional teaching and learning both remotely and inperson(approximately 20% facetoface mainly in the London area) tailoredto individual learner needs in alignment with the Ofsted EducationInspection Framework.

2. Assistlearners in enhancing their maths and English capabilities offeringeffective instruction mentoring and direction to specialisedsupport based on individualrequirements.

3. Collaboratively planlearning programmes with learners and their supervisors ensuringconsistent progress.

4. ConductFunctional Skills education and support tailored to learnerneeds.

5. Guarantee that offthejobteaching training and learning are aligned with individual learnerneeds.

6. Offer comprehensiveInformation Advice and Guidance (IAG) to support learnersprogression and awareness of their options throughout theirlearning journey.

7. Maintainconstructive relationships with employers providing regular updateson learner progress.

8. Keep preciseand current learner records in compliance with ESFA regulations andconduct audits to ensure full conformity with funding andinspection standards.

9. Monitor andenhance apprenticeship progress to foster better outcomes andworkplace integration.

10. Implementtraining workshops as necessary ensuring employer apprentice andstakeholder feedback informs planning and continuousimprovement.

11. Prepare learners forendpoint assessments in accordance with curriculum requirementsensuring compliance with Ofqual awarding bodies and Ofstedstandards.

12. Participate instandardisation activities and maintain uptodate industry knowledgeand teaching practices.


Requirements

Deep commitment to safeguarding equality diversity and maintaininga safe inclusive learningenvironment.

Qualified in theappropriate occupational competences with uptodate industryknowledge.

Minimum Level 2qualification in English and Maths with robust ITskills.

Experience in trainingteaching or coaching with a strong foundation in buildingprofessional relationships.

Willingness totravel within the London area for facetoface learner engagement andundergo a DBS check prior toemployment.
