We have a great opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team at Thompson Veterinary Surgery in Sutton-in-Ashfield. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated RVN who has a positive outlook, an excellent work ethic, team spirit and a passion for clinical excellence. The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years' experience but the role would also suit a newly qualified RVN who is looking to gain further experience in a supportive environment. 

You will be involved in all aspects of nursing care including clinics, inpatient care before, during and after surgery. You will also be promoting preventative healthcare and performing in house laboratory tests. 

This is a role where you will be actively supporting our lovely vets by performing many tasks including blood sampling, FNA's, ear cytologies and Radiography.

This is a full time position of 40 hours per week, with 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8.30am-12.30pm. Our RVN salary starts at £25, and can vary depending on experience.
