The opportunity

Quantexa is looking for an energetic and team-oriented Total Rewards Manager to collaborate with our People and Finance teams to enhance Quantexa’s global rewards offering. This role empowers you to shape and align rewards programs, driving the organisation's total reward strategy to new heights. 
As our Rewards Manager you will work on a variety of global reward cycle activities and reward-related projects as required, with an aim to improve our employee life cycle.  

You will work closely across the People & Finance teams to ensure that all Reward programmes are aligned to Quantexa’s compensation philosophy. This is a fast-paced, demanding role that will suit individuals able to work well under pressure and manage competing demands from various stakeholders, whilst maintaining a very high attention to detail. 
You will play a critical role in the successful design, communication, compliance and administration of Quantexa’s total reward program, helping to drive the global total rewards strategy and roadmap. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide specialist expertise and guidance on reward policies and programmes across our international entities 
  • Manage other reward cycle activities, such as Long-Term Incentive Plans and equity administration 
  • Manage the global salary review and bonus process, liaising with managers and the wider People team 
  • Manage relationships with our benchmarking and external benefits providers 
  • Conduct salary survey and product analysis to assist with global salary review proposals 
  • Undertake compliance activities such as annual reporting (i.e Gender pay gap and UE pay transparency) 
  • Support on International and internal mobility 
  • Support the Remuneration Committee in driving our reward agenda and topics 
  • Develop and oversee benefits projects, policies and processes to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives 
  • Support the development and delivery of effective communication/training material and documentation for new and existing programs 
  • Keep up to date with legislative changes which will impact any area of the role to ensure that we remain compliant.

Impact and Contributions

  • Aligning reward policies and benefits programs with business objectives across our global entities, ensuring strategic consistency 
  • Develop and oversee projects to enhance benefits, improving employee satisfaction and retention 
  • Manage compliance with international regulations and standards for benefits and compensation, mitigating legal risks 
  • Create clear and effective communication materials for benefits programs, enhancing employee understanding and engagement 
  • Participate in salary and benchmarking market surveys and produce salary survey analyses to support global salary reviews, ensuring competitive compensation packages

Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • First and foremost, an expertise in compensation and benefits preferably in a global company  
  • You’re always one step ahead of the change in the market. You remain agile and embrace change, instinctively knowing what needs to get done. Then you make it happen.  
  • You’re comfortable around Benchmarking tools (Radford, Pave, Figures, etc.) with a strong analytical skills to compile data, review it, assess it for trends and summarise it for presentations 
  • Excellent communication skills. As you can imagine, you’ll need to be able to communicate to diverse audiences including senior leaders, C-suite and Remco members 
  • Teamwork. One of our core values, because no jobs is done in isolation, you’ll need to foster relationships with multiple stakeholder 
  • Change rarely happens without pain, you’ll need to be comfortable with building robust project plans to deliver a smooth transition in all reward topics
