**Quality Engineer - Transform the Future of Castings Development**

**What You Will Do:**
- Lead and own quality improvement initiatives, significantly reducing scrap and rework.
- Analyze scrap measurement and drive resolution through effective team problem-solving.
- Enhance shop floor processes with visual management techniques, ensuring product quality.
- Conduct internal system, process, and product audits, and manage corrective actions until audit closure.
- Utilize global 8D to document and manage quality issues and internal concerns.
- Liaise with customers and internal departments for problem resolution and project support, contributing to the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
**What You Will Bring:**
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.
- A strong orientation towards quality with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in quality tools and techniques including 8D, Control Plans, and FMEA.
- Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 standards.
- Experience with aluminum/iron cast components is highly desirable.
