Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Essential

Substantial post Reg Experience within ED including proven experience at band 6 Evidence of professional / specialist clinical and managerial expertise and knowledge acquired through CPD and experience Evidence of leadership, management and team development at clinical level Evidence of involvement and leadership in teaching and mentoring learners Evidence of involvement in the development of protocols and clinical audit

Qualifications & Registration

Essential

Current NMC registration Degree level studies or equivalent portfolio of evidence

Desirable

Management/ leadership qualification Post basic qualification in speciality
