We are currently seeking a Fleet and Transport Administrator to join our team based at our Company headquarters at Breedon-on-the-Hill, nr Derby.
Key Responsibilities
Administration duties to ensure the accurate and efficient running of the Logistics and Fleet operation, including for example; vehicle MOT’s, breakdowns, vehicle hires, insurance, parking/speeding finesEnsuring compliance processes and procedures are followed System administration to include, for example; fleet management and maintenance, licence checking, record keepingPurchasing new vehicles, including the raising of purchase orders, goods receipting and invoice query management
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Experience of working in a fast paced, challenging and changing environment. Experience of fleet management would be beneficial.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills is essential. Knowledge of Fleet Management Processes and Systems would be beneficial.

Strong administration skills and experience, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

Procure to pay understanding desirable but not essential

Experience within the construction industry desirable but not essential

You will need to be trustworthy, efficient and hard working with the ability to prioritise your workload.

You must be a team player and also have the ability work on your own initiative

You will have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written are required
