Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Tower Hamlets
Salary scale: £85-£100 dependent on experience and qualifications
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
Assist with classroom management and behavior support.

Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
