Trainee/Trained Advanced Clinical Practitioner

We are looking to recruit an Advanced Clinical Practitioners or Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioners to support the GP led home visiting service in Derby City. Trainees will be paid at band 7 until competence has been achieved and completion of associated academic qualifications awarded.
