**Salary**:£21,968.00 to £23,194.00 per annum

**Hours**:37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

**Location**:St Katherine's House, Mansfield Road, Derby, DE1 3TQ

**Start Date**:As soon as possible

St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a Trainee PA to support our CEO and Central Leadership Team.

You will provide efficient and effective PA, clerical and administrative support to the CEO and members of the Central Leadership Team.

You will be involved with PA, and general office administration, at the same time being able to undertake a business administration qualification through the apprenticeship levy at level as a minimum.

You will have obtained GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics. You will have administration experience, of working in a busy office with tight deadlines and conflicting demands.

You will have the ability to work professionally and effectively with other team members, partners, and all stakeholders. You must have good computer and digital skills, especially with Outlook, Excel, Word and social media.

Whilst being a Catholic is not a requirement, you must be willing to support the Catholic life and ethos in our academies.
