Job Description

These hours are available from Monday to Friday and your availability must include alternate weekends ). Pick hours that suit you and your existing commitments and have a role that can fit around you . Access to a reliable vehicle and car is essential. Must have a full right to work in the UK.

PERSONAL CARE - HOME HELP - COMPANIONSHIP.  Flexible – Part-time hours. Our pay rates are £12.50 - £13 per hour - plus business mileage. No previous experience is required - just the right attitude Minimum 1-hour visits – so no rushing Hemel Hempstead/Berkhamsted/Tring/Chesham/Great Missenden/Princes Risborough/Chorleywood/Kings Langley and surrounding areas. You'll visit regular clients and build strong relationships. We introduce you to new clients to make sure you feel confident and comfortable. An experienced office team will always be on-hand to provide guidance and support.

We focus on your development with full training and our mentor team support all new employees through to completion of the Care Certificate .

Responsibilities of a Care Professional:

Support our local clients by ensuring they continue to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Ensure that the environment in which they live in is safe and clean. Provide person-centered care and support. Provide ongoing, consistent care.

No qualifications or experience are required as all full training is provided. All new Care Professionals must undergo Care Professional Assessment training, which is held at our offices in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead. All Our Care Pros are required to work alternate weekend hours. 

It is essential that you have the following:

- Caring personality to support our clients.

- Have a good level of written and spoken  English.

- A  full driving licence  and access to your own  car  and  business class one insurance .

- Please note that we as a company, do not have a Sponsorship Licence . Therefore, if you are looking for a Sponsorship/Skilled Worker Visa or are on one and looking for a switch, we are  unable to assist at this time
