**What does this Care Assistant job involve?**
**Hours of Work**:Up to Full Time Hours - Shifts: Between 07:00 - 22:00 - Flexible Provider
**Some general responsibilities**:
- Provide personal care and emotional support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities and medication management
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and provide companionship and socialisation
- Accompany clients to appointments and on outings
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Communicate with healthcare professionals and family members as needed
- Document daily activities and any changes in the client's health or behaviour in the client's care plan
