Resident Care Coordinator

- To assist the Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager in the efficient running of the home in their absence.
- Ensure a thorough handover is conducted and all residents are accounted for at the start and end of each shift.
- Support the development of all staff members through coaching, mentoring, and implementing the in-house training program.
- Deliver exceptional personal care to residents while promoting independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure effective use of resources and adherence to care plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of NVQ 2 working towards NVQ Level 3 or above.
- The ability to lead, motivate, and mentor staff while being an effective team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents and staff.
