Job summary – What to expect:
As Senior FP&A Analyst for intercompany distribution you will be responsible for budgeting / forecasting, reporting, analysis, and communication of intercompany distribution spend with global scope within the CV organisation
This is an exciting and highly visible role that will interact with a wide-reaching number of people in the business and has great potential to drive understanding and ownership of our finances.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Ownership of the intercompany distribution budget and forecast process, including timeline and financial modelling. Preparation and presentation of management reporting to inform senior stakeholders of performance within intercompany distribution and support future decision making. Partnering with internal stakeholders (global supply managers, distribution freight manager, site finance teams) to drive understanding, accuracy, and ownership of our forecasting and actual intercompany distribution performance. Manage centralised global freight accounting including processing of freight accruals during month end to ensure financial accuracy. Ensure reporting developments in CV are in line with global design as it pertains to intercompany distribution, subject to appropriate levels of approval through the organisation. Support the Global Distribution & Freight FP&A Controller in delivery of wider distribution reporting. Preparation of monthly/forecast KPI reports and ensuring completeness of trade distribution financial models.A full job description is available upon request.
About you:
We’re looking for a qualified finance professional (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with 5+ years of operating within a similar position with demonstrable experience of international/large company reporting.
Success in this role requires an individual to be self-motivated with a high level of initiative, curiosity, business sense, and ability to influence cross functional teams / business partners. Sharp finance skills and strong communication ability are a must.
