We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Analyst with significant experience in stakeholder management and reporting to contribute during a pivotal growth phase.

In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing resource allocation and data analytics to enhance operational efficiencies. Your primary responsibility will involve scrutinizing reports and delivering insights that facilitate improved resource management and operational effectiveness.

This position is crucial as you will be responsible for preparing and presenting analytical reports that will directly inform strategic decisions made during executive meetings.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or SharePoint
  • Extensive background in reporting to senior management
  • Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
  • Familiarity with the defence or national security sector is advantageous
  • Must be eligible for SC Clearance
