We are looking for bilingual English and Dutch, dual Speaking Customer Service Associates at TK Maxx and Homesense to join our expanding team in our brand new head office located in Watford, opposite Watford Junction train station.
You will be advising customers via telephone, email and social media channels using your bilingual ( English / Dutch) language skills, providing them with a positive and memorable experience through personalised responses in a manner that represents TJX Europe.
We will offer you a structured training schedule which includes on the job experience to set you up for success.
We will fully support you through every step of your journey. Developing yourself is really important to us and we feel that the skills you learn from working in Customer Service are essential for now and for your future self.
