***PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR***
We are on the hunt for an experienced, customer-focused Administrator to oversee the smooth running of a busy office on a part-time basis up to 22 hours a week. This role could suit candidates with previous experience within an IT or technical related business or the Telecommunications sector.
Salary £13PH + pension, free parking and 25 days holiday pro rata
Key responsibilities for the Part-time Administrator will include,

  • Deal with incoming calls and emails
  • Scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements as required
  • Supplier order processing
  • Updating the CRM database
  • Assisting with customer billing and general customer queries
  • Manage the ordering of office supplies and equipment as require
  • Schedule and coordinate company organised social events

The ideal Part-time Administrator will need,

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Confident MS Office skills
  • Professional verbal/written communication skills
  • Have a strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Have a flexible approach and be able to adapt to any changing work demands
