The successfulcandidate will work in a team that deals with client queriesrelating to life assurance, pensions and investments as well asliaising with product providers and covering all aspects within thegeneral office administration to ensure afirstclass service is provided to internal andexternal parties. Full training will begiven.

Thekey duties

Assistingwith reviews and customer requests as well as acting as a point ofcontact for our clients to deal with day to dayqueries,

Screeningphone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them whereappropriate,

Preparationof client reviewpacks,

Processing NewBusiness,

Illustrationrequests,

Back officesupport,

Ensure thatall financial planning client administration is carried out inaccordance with the Firmsprocedures,

Maintainclient records on the company software and ensure the client andfirms files are well presented, accurate andcompliant,

Keep up todate with financial products andlegislation,

Complywith all company and industry guidelines, rules andregulations


Requirements

Previousexperience working in a Financial Advice firm isadvantageous

Therole requires a reliable individual who has the ability to manageand prioritiseworkloads,

Roleholders will be motivated, friendly and professional at alltimes,

Outstandingcommunication skills at alllevels,

Ability toproduce business correspondence, proof-read for grammar, spellingand punctuation with a high degree ofaccuracy,

Analyticaland problem solvingskills,

Experience ofworking as part of a team and able to work remotely with colleaguesoften in virtual environments such as Microsoft Teams andZoom

Flexibility/adaptability to cope withchange,

Confidentwith IT and office software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPointetc).
