We couldn’t do the work which we do without the dedicated support of our office-based administration teams. These are the people who enable our success every single day, wherever we’re working and whatever the weather. We are looking for a Hire Controller to join our friendly depot in Harefield.

You will be providing an efficient, accurate and effective support and administration service, in relation to processing hire orders.

Here are some of the tasks you will be involved in...

Use Management Information systems to effectively capture and report accurate data, ensuring timelines are met Communicating with workshops and colleagues in Supply Chain Answer initial hire queries and escalate to relevant area of the organisation if required Route planning Undertake general office administration duties. Compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Fleet policies, procedures and standards

We’ll be looking to you to ensure that the team’s administrative processes are efficient, effective and work priorities are met, so it’s essential that you have previous administration experience and excellent Microsoft Office skills.

As you’ll be liaising with colleagues, clients, suppliers and visitors, great communication skills are also essential.
