Hays Education is working with a large primary school in Dudley to recruit an experienced Early Years Teacher to join them after May half-term. 

Your new school

They are looking for a fun and friendly Early Years Teacher who empowers children to know that they have the capacity to make great decisions and change the world.

Your new role 
We are looking for a person who can demonstrate vision, resilience, and empathy. You should have a good knowledge and understanding of the Early Years curriculum and demonstrate a complete commitment to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils. You will also need to...

Create engaging lesson plans that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment.Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback to parents and guardians.Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
What you'll need to succeed 
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience of teaching in EYFS or key stage 1A thorough knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and the expectations for receptionExcellent classroom management and organisational skillsA creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning
What you'll get in return
