Main duties of the job

Responsible for data entry into accounting systems and ensuring the accuracy of this information. To assist with Balance Sheet Control of all group companies. To assist where required in collating information and production of statutory returns in relation to externalfunding sources. To assist where required in ensuring all data for the group is appropriately recorded within pre-determinedtimescales. To deal with queries related to accounts receivable and accounts payable areas of finance. To assist with supplier statements, company card reconciliations and credit control. Maintain supplier accounts within Oracle Other duties as and when required.
