About the Role

Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, this role plays a vital part in the management of the Coles Account for Kraft Heinz. The NAE will support the team of NAMs and play a key role in reporting, forecasting, claims and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the National Account Managers in the development and implementation of short- and long-term collaborative business plans. Manage key weekly and monthly reporting routines for the account team. Drive central implementation of core sales processes (including category and range reviews, and competitor pricing information packs for key launches). Develop, negotiate and implement effective promotional activity which forms part of the account planning process. Leverage category data to generate category sales opportunities through effective collaboration with the category and marketing teams. Submit sales forecast along with assumptions for sign off at monthly demand meetings.

About You

Previous experience in FMCG sales, category or relevant account management disciplines highly regarded. A can-do attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves and support the team. Desire to learn. Customer focus Negotiation and influencing skills.
