THE JOB

The main pupose of the role is t o carry out, and provide leadership in marketing the service, and selling its services at the agreed prices and maintaining the operations of the service at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider.

You will also be responsible for the following: 

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Responsible Individual for the service. Create and uphold an open, positive and inclusive management culture. Formulate and administer the service’s budget based on the service’s objectives and within the projected revenue. Participate in the development of the service’s policies. Share in the development of strategic plans for the service. Participate in evaluation of the service against agreed organisational goals, business, and quality objectives. Work to establish effective employer-employee relationships. Minimise legal risks. Participate in the establishment and maintenance of the service’s management information systems. Advise the Registered Provider of any changes to the structure of the organisation which may be required. Formulate and implement care policies and procedures. Implement and maintain the standards required by legislation related to the registration of the service. Manage the service in accordance with the Management Protocols within the Rehability UK Community UK Policies and Procedures System. Provide leadership of the administration, care, and people management functions of the Service, catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance.

Skills and Experience required:

Ideally you will have experience of working and leading a team in a supported living environment however guidance and support from our experienced Area Manager will be provided Personal care is required in all our locations so you will have experience providing personal care. Flexibility is required for this role
