We need an exceptional Head Chef for this incredible Hotel in the beautiful village of Langham. We need someone full of passion who will lead the team in this multi-faceted business with a fine hotel restaurant . Our busy 33 bedroom hotel, including a Bar, Courtyard, and Brasserie is popular with our guests and recently opening our doors to visitors. 
The Harper embraces all things local and seasonal and like this to be reflected in the menu offerings. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and be capable and confident within any section of the kitchen creating award winning dishes to wow and delight.

Are you,• An enthusiastic, dynamic and qualified Head Chef who is ready for a new challenge • Someone with a background of dealing with high quality dining and menu options • Proven track record of running a professional kitchen • Good communication skills • A team player who will be expected to build, motivate and develop your brigade to get the best results from them at all times

About You: • Experienced and confident in structuring the kitchen to deliver our wide ranging food offer from early in the morning until late at night. • Passionate about what you put on the plate • Willing to contribute in developing our offer to ensure customers return on a regular basis • Team player who is willing to support and develop your Brigade • Wants to be part of a progressive and forward thinking business
• Menu development and costing experience • Proven track record of managing budgeted GPs • Staff training • The ability to maintain 5 star food hygiene standards with the desire for Rosette and Michelin Guide credentials
