Job description summary:



We are seeking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at The Harper Hotel. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation. You will be working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, maintaining inventory levels and contribute to menu development. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to standardised spec and recipes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain clean and organised work environment.
  • Adapt to changing customer demands and specific dietary requirements.
  • Uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence in dining and consistently deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, such as grill, pastry etc
  • Requirements:
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a hotel or fine dining restuarnt.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to details.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekend and holidays as required.
