Milton Keynes, United Kingdom CityFibre Full time
Job Description

This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office at least 2 days a week.

As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.

Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally.

What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people

Joining us as a Field Data Analyst

As a Field Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimising network performance by maximising Ready for Service (RFS) outputs, enhancing CRM utilisation, and building strong stakeholder relationships. Using data-driven insights, you will inform decisions, influence behaviours, and support the development of processes and systems that drive efficiency and collaboration across the business.

You’ll receive a salary of up to £36,000, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Managing the use of Limit of Construction (LOC) across the business through effective relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Overseeing Field Operations releases and forecasting to ensure seamless execution
  • Leveraging CRM tools to generate insights and provide data support to other departments
  • Driving systems development and process improvements for Network Optimisation
  • Collaborating with city teams to reduce LOC through data sharing and proactive engagement
  • Ensuring CRM accuracy, particularly with Wayleave information, to maintain consistency and reliability

What you’ll bring to the role

Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and communicate insights clearly. You’ll also have:

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record in data analysis across multiple sources
  • Familiarity with business analysis techniques and process modelling
  • Experience utilising CRM systems to review, report, and visualise data
  • Demonstrated experience in Data, Business Intelligence, or Analytical roles
