GSL Education are seeking a Cover Supervisor for a school in Eastleigh. This role is perfect for someone passionate about education and keen to make an impact, even without formal teaching experience. As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be guiding students during teacher absences, ensuring continuity and engagement in their lessons.

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will manage classrooms, maintain a positive learning environment, and encourage students to stay focused on their tasks. You’ll work across various subjects, giving you a unique opportunity to experience different areas of the curriculum while supporting students from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising and managing classrooms during teacher absences.

  • Have eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Provide a current CV (covering from October 2015 to now) with recent references (from October 2022 to now).
  • Possess an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
