Title: Head of Operations

The Role  

We are looking for a Head of Operations to join our growing team. You will be a key member of the team taking ownership of the supply chain strategy and warehouse operations to support growth and rapid expansion. 

Responsibilities  

  • Become the commercial and strategic owner behind our supply chain, and warehouse operations. 
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring our processes are efficient, cost-effective, and of the highest quality. 
  • Develop and manage the P&L for both our domestic owned facility and international third-party partners. 
  • Develop and execute strategic plan that enhances the operational capacity and supports our ambitious growth plans. 
  • Engage with senior leadership and marketing teams, responding to market and product demands and influencer key stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and achieve overall customer satisfaction. 
  • Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ensure your team has the resources and opportunities for growth and development. 
  • Ensure precise inventory management and on-time delivery upholding high standards. 
  • Lead the health & safety, cultivating a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with all regulations. 
  • Continuously seek and implement technological advancements to improve our systems and processes, driving better commercial and customer outcomes.  

Accountability  

  • Operations P&L globally. 
  • Inbound & Outbound KPIs. 
  • Health & Safety Standards & Compliance.   

Skills  

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience. 
  • Experience managing international warehouse partners. 
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting. 
  • Demonstrated history of data-enabled decision making and prioritization 
  • Able to drive initiatives through and resolve obstacles/blockers effectively 
  • Positive in nature, able to both develop and get the best out of those around them 
  • Strategy and planning, with the ability to demonstrate intelligent and outside the box approaches to previous client needs 
  • Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable presenting at all levels 
  • Ability to think both creatively and commercially
