What you’ll need

Background in healthcare, ideally wound care or homecare, ostomy, continence, urology or pressure care (but flexible for right candidate) Demonstrated experience in leading and managing small marketing teams. Proven ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective goals. Background in product & sales management, including product launches, market research, messaging development, and sales enablement. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel to attend UK events, conferences, and meetings as required.
