Whilethe presales team in the UK focuses on the customer experienceplatform SE independently handle other Zoho products. This roleextends to postsale support ensuring existing customers adeptlyadopt Zoho products.
Thismultifaceted role is instrumental in driving adoption andsupporting Account Managers in building stronger relationships withtheir accounts.
TheJunior SolutionsConsultant will work closely withexisting customers equipping Account Managers with the tools toexcel in retention upselling and crossselling within theiraccounts.
KeyResponsibilities:
- SolutionDesign: Create Solution diagrams and POCs to showcase thefunctionality and capabilities of Zoho Products by collaboratingwith the presales team for the customer experience platform andindependently for otherproducts.
- SolutionAssessment: Check the feasibility of new use cases for ZohoProducts and provide solutions to address any technical challengesorconstraints.
- ProductDemonstration: Conduct detailed and comprehensive productdemonstrations for existing customers for crosssell upsell andretention.
- Documentation:Draft comprehensive RFIsRFPs and post workshop SAR(Serviceassessment Report) based on customerneeds.
- Training:Conduct training sessions/workshops for customers on the featuresand functionalities of Zoho Products to drive adoption andROI.
- TechnicalSupport: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges andimplementation issues related to Zohoproducts.
- IntegrationSupport: Integrate Zoho products with other Zoho Products orthirdparty applications forcustomers.
- Collaborate:Collaborate with product teams and other teams to find solutionsand address customer needseffectively
- KnowledgeBase: Actively contribute to the teams Knowledge Base by sharinginsights best practices and technical documentation. Help build acomprehensive repository of resources for internal and externaluse.
Requirements
- 1years experience writing or debugging any of these languages suchas JavaScript Java C Python etc. and HTML & CSS.
- 1years experience in a similar role preferably in a customerfocusedtechnical environment in the SaaSindustry.
- Strongunderstanding of SaaS Products and theindustry.
- Strongcommunication interpersonal and presentationskills.
- Comfortableworking independently in a distributed and remoteenvironment.
- Opento domestic travel for customermeetings.
- Thisrole is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience acrossZohoProducts.

The successful candidate will besubjected to background verification in compliance with thenational legislation and market standards.
1+ years experience writing or debugging any of these languagessuch as JavaScript, Java, C, Python, etc. and HTML & CSS. 1+years experience in a similar role, preferably in acustomer-focused technical environment in the SaaS industry. Strongunderstanding of SaaS Products and the industry. Strongcommunication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Comfortableworking independently in a distributed and remote environment.
