Key Responsibilities:

Thought leadership and research on market movements and topics that should be on SVP radar to ensure continued growth and prioritization. Proactive identification of opportunitiesEnsure the effectiveness of Board meetings by providing support in setting the agenda, preparing meetings and ensuring adherence to the schedule and that all actions are completed.Liaise with local internal and external communications team on key initiatives and decisions. Prepare presentations and speeches as necessary.Optimise the SVP’s time by handling relevant email communications and solving problems proactively.Ownership and accountability for the Management system ensuring all stakeholders are active and engaged, that all preparation is of the correct standard, completed on time and supports deliverablesLead and support on specific strategic projects plus end-to-end management of all SVP projects and initiatives. This may include managing meetings in the SVP’s absenceOwn, manage and monitor UK&I roadmap and ensure the implementation of those activities across Business areas. Ensure the Senior Leadership team are aligned on key priorities and they are reviewed regularly.Responsible for the co-ordination and creation of all materials and briefing documents the SVP requires for vendor and customer meetings & events. Attendance will be required at some meetings and all follow ups will need to be actionedResponsible for ensuring SVP is up to date with QBR outputs relevant to their executive level meetings and follow ups. That talking points are relevant and impactful, solutions to any service issues are ready to discuss and that the SVP is kept abreast of relevant financial statements and news in relation to the vendor/customer.Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP and Leadership team.
