Job summary

The Radiology Department at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital has a vacancy for a highly motivated and enthusiastic admin professional to join our team as a Radiology Medical Secretary.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our small team of secretaries. It is a varied and demanding role that would suit someone who is organised and enjoys working as part of a team. This can be a fast-paced environment with changing needs, so a flexible, can-do attitude is essential.

The role is based at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, and both full and part time hours will be considered (minimum of per week). It is a requirement of this role to be on site, however once fully trained and competent, a weekly hybrid working pattern, combing days onsite at NNUH and at days home will be considered

Main duties of the job

The main responsibility of this role is to provide a secretarial and PA service to our Consultant Radiologists, and clerical and secretarial services in relation to imaging services.

To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH's 'PRIDE' values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence and demonstrate behaviours that support and encourage an inclusive culture.
